The Rainbow Man is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial-Share Alike Licence.

In addition, the authors grant the following waiver to the Non-Commercial clause in the licence: Any production of The Rainbow Man which makes a gross profit of less than £1000 (UK Sterling or the equivalent) shall be exempted from the Non-Commercial usage clause.

This means that small commercial productions of the show may be staged without additional permissions, whilst keeping the show free for use by schools, youth groups etc, however the authors would welcome notification of the production.

Productions which are expected to gross more than £1000 should contact the authors to discuss terms and obtain permission.
